Are you back to school next week?
Yes, I am a 7 year old, and I am worried strange men reply to my posts :(. We never win at home, we never win away, not everyone is a happy clapper, and that's okay.

Totally unnecessary personal attack.

Gvadiol

Gvadiol been back in full training for a week and is a possibility for Brighton so where knee ligament damage comes from is beyond me.
Who knows. Social media is an environment of rumour, and truth is often missing. The problem is that it spreads like a virus because we are all so entwined with events at our clubs.

It was an odd post, IMO.

In any major employer, just telling a person who has a binding contract to go does not wash. If it is enforced, it comes with a claim for constructive dismissal and heavy compensation. If this stuff is done by a player, as it has recently with Isak, we are rightfully dismayed at the player's conduct.

In all likelihood, we have spoken to him and told him we will be moving in a different direction. He has then not been selected. His agent will have been consulted to try and find a suitable deal. If Manuel Akanji decides to stick to the terms of his contract, there is very little more that we can do.

Sadly, this makes a lot of sense. Great ambition from him then, title winning mentality :/.

We can't let it happen, though, it would create a bad precedent. Players would know they can walk all over us.
It doesn't set a precedent, as this has been the case since players have had contracts

Apparently the Croatia coach said he didn’t call up Gvardiol is because of a knee ligament issue

It's come from Croatia the knee problem. They put that out on why he hasn't been picked by the national team

Because they all know that we want them out unfortunately.
Our players are sitting on sweet deals as well, all settled, so it is no wonder they are not so keen to leave. We have left it very late in the window, and now everyone can smell our desperation, like you said.

Someone said it perfectly before about Manu in particular, he knows once the window shuts, he will be back playing. Pep loves him, so even though it's a reasonable move for both parties, he is not bothered. We need to move at least 1 NHG player on, and preferably two, if we want a NHG right back in the near future.
