Great player. The best ever.

As a manager he is severly lacking tactical know how. He could play messi at centre half and still get through with the quality of the argie squad. Don't know what he's doing. Still won;t pick Milito from inter, even though he has score loads in the italian league.

Agree best player ever.

Also agree that he is a bit clueless in the managerial dept. Tevez, although he did well enough on sunday, is not and should not be constantly used as a lone front man. He will work all day but you need a bit more of a physical presence to do that.

Then he brought Veron back into the fold and also played Mascherano. Mascherano plays defensive obviously but Veron fetches the ball from the keeper and moves to half way before looking for a pass, bypassing Mascherano and making him redundant for large parts.

Can't see Tevez being very happy if this happens, and surely we want to keep him as happy as possible. He could easily make the connection with signing for us and being dropped internationally, and become unsettled.

I agree its good for us that he wouldn't have to travel there and back, and risk injury, but having an unsettled player won't be good.

Mind you one more defeat and Maradona will be a gonner.
