He's not commented in public however it has pretty much been the caseI can only hope that he made it clear early on that if he was leaving it was for Liverpool. Cautious with spending! We have spent a shit load on players, trouble is they don’t seem Pep type players maybe that’s because it’s a long term view now rather than the next two seasons, Donurruma is not good with his feet so how’s that going to work out.Over the last couple of seasons our recruitment reminds me of arsenal in wenger’s last couple of seasons with very average recruitment.
Our historic success has made us somewhat complacent whilst others look very hungry and have burning ambition. I don’t think the charges have helped and we have been cautious with our spending.
