Im not sure Isak is better than Ekitike or Woltermade. Just had more experience in the Prem.I think Newcastle got the best of this fiasco.

He is. Don’t lie to yourself to make it sound better. Woltemade has like 13 goals in a top league and he is 23. meanwhile Isak was scoring 20 for sociedad while aged 22. ekitike is another good striker. Even if they were both the same level the outcome would be the same = 2 top strikers

Two things to say: I am glad about this (although the whole Bosman thing is at the heart of it) but Palace could not lose this guy and Eze with so little time to replace them

Secondly, is it not getting a bit silly now, that the transfer deadlines don't matchup with the start of the season. It doesn't seem correct that as we start the season some teams are at an advantage and some are not.
