Apparently linked with this young 19 year old who plays for newly promoted Seria A side Pescara. Not seen the lad play obviuosly due to the fact his was in Seria B last season but he is supposedly technically gifted and a host of the top Italian clubs are also looking at him.

The issue with most young Italians is that they don't physically develop until their mid 20s. Verrati is 5'5 and lightweight.

Could be a squad player and one for the future.

Juventus in advanced negotiations with him, they seem to be buying up the best of Italy including some of the younger ones. This would always have been a tough one anyway because he's a boyhood Juve fan.

With a top class striker, Juve are going to be such a force next season. Real contenders in Europe IMO. Vidal, Asamoah, Pirlo, Marchisio, Giovinco...
