Fuck me just listening to skysportsnews and they have said stankovic called him a child and matterazzi attacked him. Also fans was waiting at his car to attack him.

I know he has problems with the fans but thats way too far. Hes a good player and the fans jumped on his back because he had a long range shot. he is their boo boy and use any excuse to slate him. although ireland is our boo boy at the moment we always get behind him on the pitch but the inter fans are destroying this lad.Without doubt will be off in the summer. Would you take him? i would good young prospect.
Nobody would afford Ireland this type of support if he came out and said he loved the rags and was pictured with a rag shirt on. Wouldn't touch Ballotelli with a barge pole, he's a arrogant, self obsessed fuckwit IMO.

And I'm sure the Inter fans aren't out of order at all and are angelic, yes? They're not squeaky clean in this and should accept partial responsibility.

The thing is Pee Dubya is that people openly slated Adebayor and the criticism had a positive effect on him because he improved it to appease the fans and to improve his performance. I think that this can be the right place for him personally if we really, really got behind him and made him feel wanted. Look how Carlos responded when he didn't feel wanted by Whiskey Nose compared to now.

You know how fickle fans are though. Adebayor scores a few goals everything is great, if he goes on a run where it doesn't quite work for him, all the old cliches will come out, lazy, disinterested etc, when he's just in a bad patch of form. That's the stereotype and also his demeanor, but i don't think it's the truth.

There's also huge scrutiny now on every single thing a player does. It was only a week ago that there was a thread about there being problems Adebayor, something about his goal celebrations weren't inclusive enough, that was after he's demolished Birmingham i think.

On facebook a couple of days ago, a picture was put up by the official City facebook group, picture of the day or something, in which Shaun Wright-Phillips had dared to smile, and he got pelters for it, smiling too soon after the derby. Can you imagine what would happen to someone like Balotelli if he came here, with the reputation he has, and he said the wrong thing or gave off the wrong demenour?

People would be on his case at the first sign of anything. I don't think it would spur him on.

Materazzi and Stankovic... And Zanetti two of the most seasoned Pro's in the game and the third is a fucking nutter.

If you're getting stick off them, then you need to sort your fucking act out!

Balotelli was a nob last night, deserved the stick the fans gave him for being a brain dead fuckwit and acted like Micah on the pitch - didn't have a clue what was going on and didnt care.

Wouldn't go anywhere near him.

This

If he sorted his attitude out i'd have him here instantly, but I get the feeling that if he comes, he will believe he is the big fish, bigger than anyone in the club. People with attitude like his will ruin our club from the inside, because he will instantly think he is Mario Ballotelli, once of the mighty Internazionale, and now 'only' of Man City, like as if he'll be doing us a favour or something. The minute he's subbed for a poor display, or dropped, he'll tantrum like a million Robinho's and Barton's all mushed up into one.

I would sign him. I believe Mancini would be a calming influence on him as Ballotelli looks up to our Bobby Manc. It's well documented that him and Mourinho don't get on.

Bring Mario here and Mancini will sort it !!!!

Just found this. Looks like the Italian Sky did a post-match hammering of him. Now my Italian is a wee bit rusty at the minute, but going off what I remember I think they're basically saying 'he's a ****', over and over again. I could be wrong, though.

This super mario is a super wanker

He thinks he is a superstar already he is a complete and utter twat and just like sturridge he will fade and die for thinking he is amazing before he done a thing!!

Good young prospect

Look mate i know he might be the business in your FM10 game but in real life this bloke is an absolute twat of the highest order, all the ability in the world wont stop him from being an arrogant, ignorant twunt. Plus what has he actually done in the last 2 seasons to justify this "prospect", 2 seasons and all he has done is fuck around with the club

I'd back Mancini's judgement on whether or not he would be good for the club. Ability is unquestioned, but at least Mancini knows about his mentality.

Ballotelli is a very good player. The fans have been on his back because he's an AC Milan fan and doesn't hide it. Football isn't a job where you can choose where you work, you don't pop down the job office and pick a club you want. You have to accept the club(s) which come for you.

If Manchester United offered you a contract with a lot of 0's on many people would accept it. Yes you'd hate it however you're taking 0's from a club who haven't got a lot of 0's and you can treat it as a stepping stone into the game, be there for one season then fuck off to bigger things. It'd be your choice whether you hide the fact you hate the scum with a passion, you hate your manager and the players around you.

Ballotelli wore the shirt of AC and the fans jumped on his back like we would if Ireland wore the United shirt. It was never going to work and will never work in the future if players come out and say they support the team the fans hate so much.

The fans jump on his back at every chance.
The boss fell out with him because like all young lads go for an odd shot when they should probably pass it.

How will a young player learn if all the fans and the club do is jump on the player?

If we brought him you wouldn't see him chucking the shirt around etc. I'd take him any day and we could bend Inter over on a very good talent here because we'd be in the driving seat. Inter can't fuck around because everyone at the club is against him, we could easily knock off an extra 3-5million off the asking price.

Ireland openly admits he is a rag and his childhood hero was Cantona (He admitted this at the LIVE4CITY player of the year award last season) However it was a that was then sort of answer...Had he done half the stuff this idiot has we would want him out of the club..He hasn't thats why we like him

After his goings on last night I don't want this guy in a City shirt, his attitude stinks to high heaven.

Steve Ireland isn't our boo boy! We dont boo our own.
He blossomed under Hughes, then had injury set-backs, then struggled to get back in the team.
Try and remember the pluses with SI, and lets hope Mancini can get resurrect his form.

We don't boo our own yes but what I was trying to say was if a player at City had done what Ballotelli had done to us we wouldn't be happy

Zanetti, a nutter?! The guy is one of the most professional and respected players in the game.

Imagine Adam Johnson coming out and saying he was a massive rag and that he loves them bla bla bla and wore rag shirts in interviews, I'd imagine his reception you be a bit poor

Lets face it, we've already got our fair share of inflammatory players (or you may call them daft gobby fuckers if you wanted) at the club. To turn your nose up at this lad would be idiocy.

Class player with all the potential to be one of the best in the world.

We should definitely take him, loads of talent but he needs to get away from Italy and all the problems he's had, it would help him mature. He's still a kid, given the right handling he can be a top class player.
