chelski 0 city 4.

Didn't know the kept stats on number of times we concede through schoolboy defending and lack of organisation.

Agreed!!!

do you know how many clean sheets we kept under him this year??

anyway, good luck to him. mark bowen made an appearance on 5 live sport a few weeks back, and was perfectly polite about things. It might surprise a few people, but he admitted that he thought robinho had struggled with the physical aspect of the premiership, seems like they would've liked to move him on.

Obviously Keys will be asking a lot of questions, that's well documented. I think Hughes will be dynamic in his response obviously.

I think Hughes is mindful of that.

I hope Keys asks him quality questions in key areas, in and around the studio

Are we still going to be talking about Hughes next season and the one after that...
I don't think City will ever change a manager in the middle of a season again, everything at the business end of a football club should be done in the close season, someone else posted that even Mancini would rather have come at the end of the season if he had a choice and had all summer to prepare himself and his team.
It's not Mancini's fault Hughes was sacked, it was a club decision based on an alarming run of 8 draws followed by a crushing 0 - 3 thrashing at Spurs, after which we fell to 9th.
Many inside and outside the club viewed it as an over the top knee jerk response but it's done now, let's give Mancio the chance he surely deserves, he's a classy bloke with a great track record as both player and manager, he's worth a try and might be a great manager for City!!
