I'd like him to stay and be given a chance.Apart from today we are starting to look a settled side and things seemed to be going right for us.Think a lot of people on here wont be happy until he's sacked.
scowy 68..........We are only looking a settled side against poor teams, on paper for instance we were on a four match winning streak going into todays game, but the truth is that the results flattered us, west brom were better for a fair bit of the game and had they had a finisher would have beat us, blackburn had us in trouble a few times and to be fair they are a very poor team, and Hamburg was more individual preformances than team play.
There have been games where we have had the right team with the right tactic, everton away as an example.........but that same tactic and team will not work against everyone we play, nor can it be changed by having a bench full of like for like players.
This is where Hughes falls flat on his ar^e, he is a poor judge of players, not got a clue how to change a game with subs, can not motivate a team because he will not listen to them, and only has one fixed tactic that can not adapt to every team.
This makes it imposible for him to build a side, he does not see the interplay between certain types of player as a factor, preferes workrate over creativity when every good team needs a blend.
So yes, I wont be happy untill he`s sacked, the sooner the better, because untill he`s gone we will only ever be mundain at best.
