Mancini was hired on the understanding that he must finish fourth to stay in a job. But, in truth, is he a manager from the A list who can take City to the next level?
What a twat. How does a manager join the "A list" without accomplishing things? He can become "A list" WITH City if he isn't there yet.

^^^ quite right... and it's as if he's belittling Manciti's achievements overseas; he is one of the top managers in Italy and could take any club he wanted there. Now he's in the UK we'll see... what sort of blinkered and insular view does ML hold? What a dummy.
