- Failed to give a stonewall penalty.
- Failed to be consistent in his judgement of fouls.
- Failed to book Blackburn players for timewasting and dissent.
- Failed to book Paul Robinson for being a fat flying pig bastard.
I think one of those might not be entirely serious!

I don't think it was a pen either ;)

Who was it who deliberately handled as well when we were breaking away on goal on the left? In another game that could have been a straight red. Harsh, but I have seen it given. Rules say straight red if you deny a goal scoring opportunity with a deliberate handball.

He was shite but it's Mancini's tactics that are the real problem.
Got to agree with you there out shite performance was not down to a shite ref but shite tactics from Mancini,as good tevez is he cannot play upfront on his own and why did we need both yaya and viera at home?
Mancini really has to sort this out or he won't have a job soon.

Here we go again...

The old two defensive midfielders thing.

Mancini played and attacking line-up. Yaya and Viera were central midfielders not defensive midfielders.

I'l accept that he propbably maybe made the wrong decision in taking Johnson off but there was nothing wrong with his initial selection or setup as we created enough chances throughout the game.

It was only a mix up between Hart and Toure that knocked the wind out of our sales. We have played better first halfs but we were the ones making the chances with Blackburn's anti football tactics. Which once we went a goal down just encouraged them more and the ref let them do it.

He was very poor, so poor in fact his decision not to award the penalty at the end was not really a surprise when it came. But he didn't cost City the match, the team have the quality to beat Blackburn. Poor finishing cost us today, we had 3 good chances before the defensive calamity happened. It's such a punishing league, and today we got punished for not scoring when on top.

He didn't have the best of games that is true, but let's be real about it, we didn't have the best of days out there today, we missed a couple and Robinson made some great saves, would we all be debating the ref if some of those had gone in???? I think not.

Patience is a virtue, all will be good come the end of the season

I live next door to a UEFA ref here in Ireland who is good mates with this joke Clattenburg, he told me that he is a big time charlie that loves the fame has a soft spot for the rags too !!

I honestly cant ever remember this joke ever having a good game with us,
