Absolutely it is mate. Defend her to the hilt.

They’re not piss heads mate, they just “like a drink and having a good time” ;-).I've had 2 broken relationships over a period of 30 odd years with girls who were too fond of the booze.
I loved them both dearly but as the saying goes it's a a good servant but a terrible master.
Avoid pissheads like the plague unless you're one yourself as it's ultimately not worth the pain.
That was me in my early 20s. We split a year later after I had caused a lot of pain. You cannot hold a genie in the lamp for too long - the pressure just builds and builds.Married nearly two years.
Probably shouldn't have got married, as I was having doubts before. But it was all paid for by her family and stuff, no one wants to be that guy who ruins it all.
Still married and we've worked on stuff. But we're very different people.
Under the patioWhat about wife no 1, or are they not on the scene at all?
Swedish Anna liked a drink. I’ve been over there since and many seem to.I've had 2 broken relationships over a period of 30 odd years with girls who were too fond of the booze.

I do put her first which is why I’m still here.Opposites do attract.
I’d personally be concerned if almost two years of marriage have been a sham. You should be putting her first etc.
If not then it might be better all round if…
Tied the knot this weekend and now looking forward to a long loving time together. She’s a fucking star, loves the Blues as much as me and watching her sing Rodri’s on fire during the party on Sunday to the amusement of blues and dismay of her couple of rag relatives was priceless.
