What im saying is if shorey is worth 6m, 10m is probley right for bridge(Chelsea no need to sell and it is jan)

He paid 12m for milner he's worth half that and we got swp for 9m.

Look at it that way. If hes paying OTT for players whys he moaning at City?

Benjani, big Phil, Jo ...? Agree but we are inflating asking prices and despite what hughes say about value for money there doesn't seem to be too much evidence to support it. Transfers prices are only one side of the coin. Some of the salaries being talked about for the City signings defy belief. SWP and Kompany were absolute bargains, but they are the exception rather than the rule

Thats not 100% true is it. No one knows how much City are bidding for Super stars, your believing newspapers? Besides the players you mentioned were bought by another owner and manager. What salaries are the AVFC players on?

When we were skint we weren't blaming every dick and harry for the price of players and its not City that put up prices, its other greedy chairmans.

I fucking hate Aston Villa. The media love them and go on about what a proper club they are etc. They have a foreign owner and manager! We get all kinds of stick for having a foreign owner but the media seem to allow Villa to masquerade as a British run club.

Add to that the fact that they are massively over achieving while we underachieve.

Because they've got a bloody good manager!
