This guy from what I have seen the complete all round midfield player. Not many of those about. Can tackle, pass, shoot, head and is fit and fast. Colin Bell anyone?

Ideal for the English game. More excited by this than Yaya and I am a fan of his. Gago Milner no where close.

Hope we get him.

hope it's true, Graham Hunter is very knowledgeable.
 
I don't think he was comparing positions so to speak, but rather just like how we put a bid in for Milner then 'changed our focus' to Arteta. Not the same type of player but RM wants some bodies in the midfield.

and for what it's worth I don't think Silva and Fabregas are the same type of player, either. Cesc is at his best at a deep-lying playmaker who is great at going forward, more or less which sounds like Martinez. Both are definition of box to box.
