star bar for me pre-match everytime, not been in mary d's crotch for well over a year now. at least in city square you can get a reasonable pint for ya money, it just needs another one on the other side of the ground because the hour before kick off it gets abit busy and if ya late the que's can be abit long.

Are there any blues who are in favour of boozing in Mary D's.
If so why, when there are better decorated soup kitchens in town!
Its forbidden to go in mary d's on blue moon,to say no one likes it on here a hell of a lot go in..

Think people are overreacting a bit. Let's face it, the guy is moaning and the point about prices is fair, but Mary D's isn't terrible like people are making out. It is still rather popular, and I for one enjoy it more than City Square (although go to bother). Mickey's pub is really good now it's got Pilsner.

im I the only one the likes it in there :) think the atmospheres quality and think it's a proper old fashioned pub, it think its great tbh would rather go in there then city square in my opinion the atmospheres rubbish all I could here was hugh ferris last time I went

BTW not been that way for a while when did the manchester open up, is it any good
