Mary Earps autobiography

Why is it all ex rag players (man or woman) are just attention seeking clowns.
It's probably because of all the bullshit fawning our media gives to them as a rag in the first place that gives them a false platform in life that they just can't live without.
 
Youd genuinely think Mary Earps was THE only footballer to ever be dropped from the first XI by an international manager.

Another front page story today on the BBC Website to keep it rolling and an array of further interviews and other coverage elsewhere - Earps clearly having not got the reaction she envisaged from cryarsing is now reversing like a council bin truck, still trying to again portray herself as some kind of victim in all of this that we should all fawn over - and whilst firing shots all over the place at the Woman who took her place, and the national manager concerned, and still remarkably maintaining the position that she hasnt written the book to tear anybody down. YCNMIU - the lack of self-awareness is astounding.

Best thing Hannah Hampton can do is say absolutely nothing and not give Earps or the press any oxygen on it.

Same advice for the England manager.
Ignoring someone can be the biggest insult.
But, no doubt the manager will be asked about the cruel, ruthless and unwarranted treatment Earps has received...
 
It's a non-story - the team retained the title and her replacement won the Ballon d'Or for GK.

Also, I doubt whether Hampton would go to meet a bunch of kid supporters with her tits hanging out, as Earps did.

Thoroughly lacking any class.

Once she retired this was slways coming sadly for her its massively back fired.
She can try and backtrack all she want and she can put on all the tears she wants its now out there and she cannot get away with it.

She's not retired, plays in France.

Thus is how i read it without wasting my time reading it:

Earps gets dropped by Wiegman from England number 1 keeper.

Earps throws hissy fit and retires.

Earps looks bad because of obvious hissy fit.

Earps writes book, to make a few quid and justify retirement hissy fit, trashing Hampton who may have been immature and difficult in the past but is now a better keeper who has grown up and bucked her ideas up.

Earps looks even worse.

Earps tries to backpeddle.

Earps looks worse still.
