Two types.

Once fell asleep in a hammock in Koh Panyan, when I woke up I couldn't even stand up straight. 7 tramadol and a trip to 'happy hands' massage parlour this 70 odd year old Thai women sorted my back out.

Nana Plaza massages are even better. Those Thai women can suck a golftball through a garden hose for less than a pint.

I got a Thai massage nearly everyday when I was in Eastern Europe. And yes, I do mean massage. Enjoyable but sometimes it's torture...depends on the masseuse.
