Post your real evidence Peer reviewed evidence? You are making some pretty big claims here, you seem to have got your facts from a few web sites and Youtube videos.
If you want people to beleive you, you really have to come up with some thing a little more substantial.
Do you know the people behind the websites you are visiting? Their history?
Are you 100% sure that what what they are posting is the truth? Could there be a ulterior motive?
From my experience many of these sites are run by extremist right ring groups, some with a fundamentalist Christian agenda, and some with what can only be described as Radical Survivalist.
It's a murky world you are dabbling in, one that can lead to paranoia and mental illness.
If you want people to beleive you, you really have to come up with some thing a little more substantial.

We have transfer conspiracies and the ITKs come crawling out of the woodwork claiming to know this and that through their bottle of Heinz or HP. Where are the ITKs when it comes to Government conspiracies? Or are the Government using drones to fly these planes, to manufacture them to carry and release these chemicals, not to mention loading the chemicals onto the planes.
This is obviously ignoring the number of people it would take to produce, store and transport the chemicals.
