Match discussion - Arsenal (H) - Saturday 4 Oct k.o. 12:00

Was Kelly booked for that blatant smash in the back? Ref was disgusting. Everything was given to them and she was trying to play until they scored at the end

Absolutely buzzing after that. We showed.so much resilience to retake the lead twice.

Think we're still shipping too many goals (only West Ham and LCL have conceded more) but we're creating a lot and we're way more fun to watch than under Taylor.

Loads of contenders but Blinkilde Brown was my POTM today, she was absolutely everywhere. Credit to Jeglertz for keeping faith in her, shes a a real player.

Honorable mention for Bunny. She's contributing all over the pitch at the moment.

She didn’t, it was in front of their fans behind the goal.

She tapped the badge and shouted “This is my club”.

Tbh I dont really mind this kind of thing. Everyone moans about the lack of needle in the women's game and I think she enjoys the pantomime of it all. I think she probs acts a bit too much like the main character at times but all in all shes happy to dish it out and doesnt mind getting it back in return. At least shes bringing some personality to the game and it makes handing Arsenal their arses all the more fun

She could have done the full Ladybayor!

Doing it to your own fans is one thing, running to the home fans and doing it and then pointing to people in the crowd, is another. Enjoy it with your own fans, don't disrespect the fans that literally clapped you on.

The guy you quoted was incorrect with what Kelly did.

From that blatant barge in the back she should have been. If a player runs in front of you, try not to get your legs caught unless you want to trip them and cause a foul, not a full on barge. Why the tap on the badge at that moment? Unless it was in response to someone having a crack at her for the barge?

Cant speak for everyone in the stand but was sat directly behind the goal where she scored and i didnt feel disrespected. It wound me up but like I say, im all for it tbh. Made beating them all the more sweeter. And seeing her rattled and replying to fan accounts on twitter is the icing on the cake.

Wasn't that the away end where she scored? Or were City fans in there as well?

We didn't walk round today as it was chucking it down.

That's fine, right in front of the goal you've scored in. To then make a point to come over to the East stand and pat your badge and point fingers - that was disrespectful

LBB is playing like someone who has spent 18 months looking at the maestro (Yui) and thinking "I can do that":)

It's taken a bit of time, but Bunny's batteries are now fully charged. With a favourable set of fixtures between now and the end of the year, there should be plenty of opportunities to get that net bulging!

(Re shipping goals, there should also be opportunities for a clean sheet or two hopefully.)

Is that like "The Full Monty?" A mate of mine wants to know.

I don't think she's necessarily rattled. I do think she enjoys walking the line of anti-hero and villan, crossing back and forth from time to time.
