The reporting of this has been fucking shocking. Sky are falling over themselves to suggest it was 'caused' by one, yes one, liverpool fan doing an aeroplane gesture.

On a side note, Lawrenson's appraisal on MOTD2 was the biggest betrayal of a club I've ever seen. He claimed, with a straight face (and extremely gay hair) that:
1. Shelvey's sending off was the right call
2. Evans 'went for the ball' and therefore his tackle was completely fine
3. Suarez incident wasn't a penalty (despite Sky slowing it down earlier and showing it was a stonewaller)
4. Valencia incident was a 'clear penalty'
5. Liverpool played well but only because Utd didn't.

They then had Freddie 'one word answers' Lunberg who agreed with the lot. It was so scripted it was untrue.
