Match of the Day - 2014/15

I'm.just surprised shearer didn't suggest Falcao should have won the golden boot!
Wouldn't put it past him!!

What was amusing was shearer pointing out, admiringly, how Manchester United would set up a marker by winning the charity shield.

I wonder who won the charity shield in 2011, 2013 as city won the title subsequently?

No Golden Boot
No Golden Gloves
But never realised how important the Charity Shield was.

The bad news is we have no chance of winning it this year either.

Harry kane did well to finish 5 goals benhind the winner.
That effort alone deserves to be awarded the trophy. He was hungry for it today. As that ball is put in you can just see the communication. Spurs should be excited about next year as the manager is building something special with what he's got. A few good signings and they'll be knocking on the door of the Champions League. It's all about team spirit. Did I mention he's one of their own?

An appalling show really. If i was Chelsea i would be pissed off as well hardly anything was shown of them getting the trophy etcetera. One thing....how come Wilshires goal was allowed in goal of the season yet Hart's save, also on the same day wasn't allowed in save of the season???

Because Joe Hart plays for Manchester City. Remember if they ignore us long enough we might just go away. It must be killing them that we've finished 2nd winning the golden boot and golden glove.

Did anyone notice how last week it was too late for Joe to be included in the save of the season tournament, yet this week Jack Wiltshire's goal was allowed to be included in the best goals of the season contenders?
No agenda, hmmmm, the BBC are the worst at it.

Had 5 live on on the way home from the game today, kept telling us the results, and that Gerrard had scored in his last game (a 6-1 defeat), yet didn't mention Lampard scoring in his last game, until a sports bulletin at about 8:30pm. Not arsed they didn't want to credit City, but FFS Lampard is 50 ahead of Gerrard in PL goals, and his goal was effectively the winner in his clubs last game of the season, not some consolation in his clubs heaviest defeat in 60 years.

MOTD/BBC, its a fucking joke.

Did not watch it but i guess Rooneys kick where he should have seen red was not highlighted and will be ignored as its Rooney.

Nowt to do with the presenters! the people who produce/edit this show I guarantee are scum Liverpool and Arsenal supporters that's the only reason! they even made Gary say "We delayed Goal of the season because of Wiltshire goal today". bet they we pissing there side when Producing/editing that comic of a program...
