That effort alone deserves to be awarded the trophy. He was hungry for it today. As that ball is put in you can just see the communication. Spurs should be excited about next year as the manager is building something special with what he's got. A few good signings and they'll be knocking on the door of the Champions League. Because Joe Hart plays for Manchester City. Remember if they ignore us long enough we might just go away. It must be killing them that we've finished 2nd winning the golden boot and golden glove.

Had 5 live on on the way home from the game today, kept telling us the results, and that Gerrard had scored in his last game (a 6-1 defeat), yet didn't mention Lampard scoring in his last game, until a sports bulletin at about 8:30pm. Not arsed they didn't want to credit City, but FFS Lampard is 50 ahead of Gerrard in PL goals, and his goal was effectively the winner in his clubs last game of the season, not some consolation in his clubs heaviest defeat in 60 years.
