Normally, when there's a drab 0-0, you barely get 2 mins of highlights and no analysis. Not so, when it's the clash of the Titans. Lots of "action" scenes and a fair amount of punditry.

It was a very good editorial decision on MOTD to show our 2nd goal in its entirety from the restart.
Whomever put the extended highlights package together on the OS should take note !

I don't think they could do anything else, there was no natural break from KO to goal, all started with a bit of Brazilian magic from Otto (yes I know he isn't Brazilian) with the back heel, after that it was total football, one of the best goals you are ever likely to see, stunning team goal!

Interesting snippet from Jose Fonte on MOTD2 Extra about dining with Bernardo last night and Bernardo saying how enjoyable and intense training is under Pep, plus 3 team tactics meetings prior to the Stoke game. Great to hear, clearly no danger of taking results for granted against the "lesser" teams.

Praise praise praise last night was the order if the day. A big fuck you to those who laughed and scoffed at Pep last season, a big fuck you to talkshite who went with the narrative that 'he has no clue and should he be sacked'.....
A big fuck you to the press and pundits last season who wanted to shoot down Pep and his mthods stating that they wont work in the premier league.........
Lets not forget that Pep said it would take 3 years for his methods to be instilled in the club/team ( we are only at year 2). This is the manager that the scum wanted, but when they didnt get him, started spouting that his barcelona only won because of Messi. This is the manager that Xavi said will change hiw football should be played.......
Well they are seeing the effects that Pep has now, and they can choke on their words
Onwards and upwards Blues playing the sort of football we could ever dream about
