rarely does pep make substitutions at this point in the game. If he reverts to form then this game could be well beyond as before any changes are made. Pep’s statistics for recovery from a losing position are not great.

Is it always like this on a match day thread? How can anyone who is supposed to follow us not know that Phil isn’t even in the squad?

As for the game, they have been good and we’ve been very shoddy, Bernie looking a bit gassed and Kev is finding an Arsenal shirt with most passes. On the plus side we are only one down.

Come on boys let’s get back at it.

Was always going to happen.

We were still playing 72 hours ago, Arsenal have had a nice week off.

You won't hear us complaining about it in the media, though.

Yes, this isn't something unexpected. Don't know how many were so overconfident before the game.

Shambles. On the plus side the second half has got to be an improvement.

Just because we managed to compensate for his absence doesn't mean we don't miss him. The guy could conjour a goal from nowhere.
Not if he doesn’t have service he can’t. Are you even watching the game? Aguero wouldn’t even get the service he needs in this first half come on man. I love the guy but he is gone. We did and are doing fine without him time to move on. Next you’ll ready we miss yaya too

I get that Arsenal are on form at the moment, but we seriously haven’t turned up. We look so shaky at the back, it looks like Dias and Laporte have never played together. We’ve got to get our shit together here.

We just look tired, no pace in our play, losing the 50/50 duels vs a team that wants it more. Was bound to happen sooner or later
