The fact is that officials look at the game totally different when it comes to City. When it's against them they look for every reason to justify giving the penalty but when City are fouled they look for every reason not to give it. It's the same as the offsides goal that was allowed against the scum. City could score that goal a million times and it would be denied a million times. I mean, Haaland clattered into the keeper on Sunday and there was no penalty but if it were the other way City would have drawn against Villa.
