Got to feel for Stones. He needs a run of games without that mistake of tripping over his own feet.

The game was over and done with but sure as day is day, Stones steps up with another disaster. Can’t stand the fucker me, soft as shit and unlike some others on here, I don’t get a raging boner because he can play 5 yard, square passes.
I agree 100 percent . Guys on the pitch doing the business and that prick does another howler . I don’t get this head is not we’re it should be because he is paid thousands a week. To be able to go out there and play. If I had my way he would never get anywhere near a city shirt again

It was a bad mistake but there is no point in laying into Stones, especially with Laporte's injury. Fingers crossed ythe other players can help out.

Serious question, is Stones on drugs?

Always late for training as well

I'm just going to say it - I blame Pep for that.

Play the guy 3 times in 3 months, drop him for an 19 year old and then throw him back in the team on a whim in the cup final. His treatment of Stones is bizarre to me. Drops him for months, gives him one or two games then drops him again, all while persisting with Otamendi who makes just as many errors.

If his head isn't right, don't bloody play him in a final!

I feel for him. He misread it and got his legs in a tangle. It could happen to anyone but of course it's him.

That said, we got incredibly lucky for our second so i'm not that annoyed. Just frustrated for him.

Agree but good players adapt. He just isn't a good player.
