First half shows what this team has struggles with :

Too passive in challenges.
Too slow in forward passes.
Poor from wide positions in finding the final pass - 0-20 in passes into the box.
Zero and I mean zero goal threat from any player other than Erling.

We have the pieces on the bench but for some reason Pep and the coaches don't wish to go for it.

Pace, unpredictability and a different goal threat is what you need to make them worry about us more than being able to transition so easily.

Solution - Bobb and Savinho off Marmoush and Cherki on at half time then go for it and scare them. bet you we don't though. I'd also consider moving Josko into the middle and having Nico on at left back.

We've not been good but you'd think listening to the commentary we had been totally dominated. They've had one shot on target.

This isn't like last year where Villa were all over us. They've been extremely fucking lucky. Cash scores that shot maybe once every 5 years. Several times we've had them completely cornered in the press and they've fluked their way out of it in some absurd way, when they could have been in big trouble. Not to mention the referee has given them absolutely every marginal decision.

We're not carrying enough of an attacking threat, but we 100% can turn this around, they are not that good.
