Well it's a ruddy shame that some diabolical defending has taken the shine off what was, for 35 minutes, as good a performance that I have ever seen from city.

Lescott, Garcia and Kolarov are too slow to play in the same back four and the latter two are shit defenders.

At the other end tho we've been excellent. The quick 1 touch passing has been superb. Great to see us getting forward quickly whilst still playing good football.

Friendly or not, defending like how we closed out the half will get us nowhere but runners up at best and kicked out of the CL group stage.
