City look slow and impotent again now that these players have been brought on. City looked better with Jovetic, Fernandinho and Navas (the guys who haven't been brainwashed by years of Mancini :D).

Negredo is still on but he's not having much luck and they're not creating much for him.

Removing Fernandinho, Silva and Navas removes both speed of play AND speed of thought, hence the drop in tempo.
