Stones deserves a rest, he’ll likely be back for West Ham and Laport deserves a run out.
When Walker plays, and Walker deserves some game time, Cancelo plays left and Laporte covers the space left when Cancelo moves into midfield to overload it in possession phases.
KDB had his first start, following a long injury lay-off, in mid-week, he’ll probably be feeling a bit tight, that’s only to be expected.
I think he’ll get on at the 60 minute mark when some of the steam’s gone out of the game.

I like the line-up and I think I know why it’s set up like that - I can’t wait to watch & learn - find out if I’m right in my assumptions :-|

I don't deny this but you said I love that lineup, not what a sensible line up that is with players being rested :)
