City+ isn't exactly HDR is it? I've had better quality streams!!!

They have the 1080p feed running at 4500kbps abr (avergage bitrate) , it needs to be, at minimum, 6000kbps abr. It should be 8000kbps abr.

With the way h264 works the grass is the first to suffer with detail so it looks crap.

he has 0 presence in the game, poor positioning. Even for England he was the 2nd man in midfield after Rice. He's no where near Rodri. Drop off is huge if Rodri is out.
