It is a factor but they give discretion to the referee and VAR.

This one was far more harsh than the one we got. They are very different scenarios, I don’t know how anyone is comparing the two.

There not the exact same type of incident but they’re both a joke imo.

If thats how there gonna ref it, they need to say any touch of the ball by the arm/hand is going to be called a penalty and then at least players can run around in the area with their arms behind their back permanently. Ludicrous its got to this
