Alvarez has done little and given the ball away a lot but his energy and pressing makes such a difference

Odd half that. Thought we played a lot better at Forest and couldn’t put the ball in the net. Today, our passing isn’t anywhere near as slick and yet it’s game over already. We needed a game like this though, been far too many close calls/struggles recently.

Biggest plus for me is seeing Gundo look for that killer ball instead of everything being safe. Doesn’t always come off (like KDB) but it’s what an 8 should be offering in this side.

Bournemouth are really, really bad.

Lots of energy and hunger to score . Bournemouth are not the best but we are running them ragged . Alvarez , Foden and Haaland is a formidable trio.

Been saying for a while if every player in the squad was able to play 38 games, our 3 leading scorers would be these 3 boys. He has to find a place for all of them in most games to take the pressure off Haaland.
