Let's be honest, we needed a new right back ever since Cancelo left. We played Akanji and Stonesy there and it worked, but ever since we stopped playing them at RB we have been vulnerable there. Then, Kyle left, and it's a fatal error we haven't signed anyone for that position. Nunes and Rico at RB is Championship level. Also, we have so many players 30+ on the pitch, unacceptable. No energy in that 11.

A couple of seasons ago, our RB options were prime Walker and Cancelo. Now it’s Rico and Nunes. I doubt there has ever been a bigger drop off in quality in a single position in the history of the club.

There is no point in Pep taking the blame for poor performances then choosing a team that typifies all of the problems that the team has faced over the past 5 months. Really bewildering.

This is the most mundane football we have played under Pep, team just seems apathetic about things.
