No it isn't. If that was the case, teams who win 2/3 on the bounce would never lose another game.

Oh it does. We have played well once in the last six games (at Everton). He is leading us into another 2021 end to the season. The strongest 11 had to be played today.

I agree that the strongest 11 had to play today and play at almost their normal strength, but this does not mean we are going to lose both finals.

I think Laporte has been good, as has Rico.

The only players that have been disappointing for me given the context of the game have been Mahrez and Gomes, the former because he hasn’t looked particularly arsed, the latter because he just doesn’t seem to be the required level (and he seems to be aware of that).
