This was probably discussed earlier on here, but weren't we linked with Barco before Brighton got him?

We were and he hasn’t looked like he’d have helped us immediately with much of anything he made a good choice with Brighton and even that may be a bit too aggressive for where he is now

agreed but where was VAR... thats what we would have been saying isn't it?

A lot of people would for sure, but not me. Too many people think everything is VAR's fault these days. That's just quite simply the on-field referee's call, as it should be. I don't think VAR should be touching situations like that with a barge pole unless the referee has been conned with a dive. If people disagree with it then they can disagree with the call on the pitch like the good old days.

Can see why we passed on Barcola but can also see why we were linked. Tough little kid but not sure if he’s big enough to play fullback or fast enough to play on the wing. Might develop more into a midfielder.
Is Brighton's Latin America scouting policy based on finding Argentine players who either look Scottish or have Scottish names?

The agenda and VAR threads would have exploded.

We really have some incredibly myopic fuckers on here who can’t accept that we got away with one. There was far more contact on that then Foden got for his free kick.

I’m happy as fuck we had one go for us.
Some people are just dishonest not just to others but to themselves.
