Players just aren’t good enough anymore

It’s not even (just) that. We don’t even try to build up from the back properly anymore. No patterns of play through the middle of the pitch. No effort to try and control the tempo of the game at the top end of the pitch. And obviously no interest whatsoever in keeping a solid defensive structure that might allow us to defend transitions.
It’s just utter fucking wank.
