It’s mad how creating that one chance for KDB seemed to completely revitalise the belief/confidence of the team. Because it wasn’t there in the first 10 mins. Pep needs to figure out how to get us playing with that same swagger from the off. On another day we could have conceded the first goal in those early stages and then it’s a different match. Small margins and all that. Since that KDB miss it’s been superb. Desperately want that clean sheet now.

I don't know why there are those on the match day thread looking to take anything away from that half of football. They have a scary front three and we have taken them apart from back to front. Top away performance.

Playing a team who tried to attack has helped us but Gundo and Phil have been brilliant. KDB and BS both returning to form and backed by a very solid, stable defence. Nice composure from Steffen too bar the mistake.

I am very pleased with the way we grew into that half. A little bit of eyeing them up, and boom. Goal.
Fodens finish is filth. He knows EXACTLY what he wants to do before the ball gets to him.

All we need now is game management, a clean sheet and give Kun a few minutes later.

What a season he is having on a personal level.

He has been carrying water in one or two games for us.

Not sure about that ! Rodri and Sterling been least solid in a half that there were several stand out performances.

Nope.. Sterling has been through about 4 times and opened them up. Nice build up play and the only one to read the Kanye mistake and Spring. Rodri TBF has not had a great half of football.
