Weirdly I think we've played well. But the lack of a real forward has harmed us.

Of course, as is the case, we've been punished for our 1 error as always.

I thought we were playing pretty well. Very much on top. Didn‘t create much, but they‘re defending well. While I‘d prefer to have a proper striker in there, not much wrong with the system either.
But, yet again, a fucking inexplicable mistake that gifts them a goal from nothing. Incredible how often it‘s happened this season.

Realistically, with our track record, we would have to spend over 200m on full backs just to have a chance at that. Four fullbacks needed. 2x lb and 2x RB.

Whomever is responsible for signing fullbacks should be sacked. It's not bad luck we have yet to sign a decent one since Zabba.

It was absolutely shit by Mendy, but Gundogan should have just left him to deal with it.

We started the game so well. Completely dominated the opening 20 minutes. Then Chelsea started putting pressure on Gundogan and the counter-attack was on for them. Even so, the game was even until what must be one of the worst defensive blunders I’ve ever seen.

If Mendy can’t cut out these childish errors then he will follow Stones out the door before too long. Gundogan shouldn’t play against any side that the ability to hurt us. I really don’t understand why Pep persists with him. He must see what we all see.
