I'm struggling to understand what Mancini has thought throughout this game, really struggling and starting to worry.

Tactically, he just makes things so much harder for himself and I feel he's losing some players and may lose his jobs.

He changed the winning team and tactic to accommodate Dzeko alone, that's why.
