Im not enjoying the game obviously,but if we can hold on for a point i'll happily not risk any of our subs.

Serge seems to be playing in a classic number 10 role as far as I can make out, dropping and trying to create for others. Probably because of our lack of midfield options. Get him in the box where he is most effective second half

Woeful and again exposes players who aren't good enough to be relied upon on a consistent basis.

The midfield is empty, so only Fernandinho coming up from centre back is actually able to join up the play and attempt a forward pass.

The wide men are pathetic and Mendy has been the best of them, which really says it all.

Sterling, Jesus and Aguero, showing exactly why they aren't regulars.

We don't tend to win these 12.30 kick offs, West Ham, Leeds.

I always put it down to tiredness, but it is clearly the personnel replacements that are the issue.

Same reason we lost the FA semi.

I think mendy is flattering to deceive because of the amount of attackers we are playing. Woys defense isnt exactly coming out much...

We need to sack off one of gabby or serg for a creative mid to fill the void.

So far pretty much as I predicted with this line up. Copy of games vs Leeds and Chelsea. Hopefully 2nd half we will see at least a few shots on target to start with.

And, yes, exactly as predicted. Toothless. Sterling dribbling and dribbling and dribbling until he loses it, Aguero rusty as the old bucket in my shed. Big problem is central midfield though. No-one playing between the lines or keeping the squeeze on around the edge of their box. Badly needs Gunders or Bernie in there

Well, we had some good positions in and around the box, if you claim you are the top team you need to do better with those positions. I just don't understand with that Ferran cross neither Jesus nor Aguero tried to get closer to the goal. Aguero actually looks much leaner and fitter. Ferran is definitely the future, reminds me of Sane when he just started, needs to relax and show his quality. I liked his defending at the end of the half. Fern by far the best City player on the pitch, just amazing he manages to keep the level of his performances. Sterling, what to say, he reverted to overthinking everything. The second half must be better.
