hope Kolarov actually contributes, the idea of him playing in midfield has soured on me.

Then again I don't remember you ever having anything positive to say!

maybe! But I've stated when he returned from injury he was probably my pick of the summer signings. That's not turned out to be true, but I still rate him as a LB.

Not too happy with that. I would have rested Barry, Yaya and Spanish Dave.

Am I right in saying that this is the first time Kolarov and Dzeko have started together with Kolarov playing left wing?

And played whom in midfield? Vieira MJohnson and Ibrahim? We'd get stuffed! These are a very good team you know? and de Jong, AJohnson and Milner are injured!

Not being pessimistic, just very aware that:

A) Kyiv are a v.good side
B) The pitch will probs make it hard to control the ball
C) It will be bloody freezing!
D) The atmosphere come k.off will be intimidating

A score draw would be a good result.

He's persisting with Kolarov because all the good teams wanted to buy him, so this dosnt make him become shit overnight, obviously he just needs time to get upto speed and then we will have a real player at LB, do you want Bridge back ?
