Reminds me of a few games from last season, they're sitting in deep, and we are having to be patient (and a bit too patient at times). Gundo/Kev in the middle and Grealish/Mahrez on the wings don't help with the feeling that everything is a bit plodding. Scored the penalty and it's a different game. Ah well.

Well we can beg to differ
Doesnt have to be intentional hand ball
Only if it directly leads to a goal. I would argue that as the ball is passed by both Mahrez and Álvarez after the incident, that it did not directly lead to a goal and therefore does have to be deliberate - which it clearly wasn't.

And it was piss poor positioning by gomez, his arm was already hooked round is before the ball came across
Don't disagree. Poor defending by him and others.

The pens could be debatable fair enough, but not the red card
I disagree once again. The ball is already out of the Copenhagen players reach by the time Gomez grabs him, before that he's just fairly jostling with him. Still poor positioning and still stupid (arguably even more so) to grab him after the ball has gone.

With my “Cityitis” hat on this has all the hallmarks of a 1-0 loss
Hope I am wrong. (Usually I am).

Would take a draw which would be enough.

Ps. : It happens but us missing penalties so often ( so it seems) is irritating. Can’t we bring Ya Ya back.
