Pep has given Sergio as much freedom as he can with this system. No pressing, no sprints in behind. Just stay in the hole.

But in order to accomodate him, we've lost all control. We need the third man in midfield.

Jesus could have had two tap ins if Torres and Sergio weren't so selfish.

Could really use Sterling's pace off the bench here against their high line...
Afraid he’s at home for whatever reason. Bizarre.

First half over and people crying already. Do you guys expect us to score 4 every half ? No patience anymore.

It isn’t 352, it’s 343 and it’s horrible. No midfield. We are a team that thrives off of gaining superiority in the middle yet we are allowing Fulham to outnumber us there. It’s mental.
Foden and Gundo for Mendy and Torres

Dross. Possession for the sake of it. Two strikers on the pitch and zero penetration.

Big worry down our left with Mendy not knowing which runner to go with.

Needs another ball player on the pitch, with Torres off.
Mendy and Canceclo playing wingbacks alongside 3 strikers(if you count torres who has played the role for us enough this season). The balls in behind should be no problem to find for mendy and cancelo, yet we simply havent found anything outside of cancelo once or maybe twice. Mendy has produced absolutely nothing. I dont blame pep for the system because on paper it should be effective against this fulham side...but one side you have cancelo having to link up with torres who's short of game time, and the other side gabby having to link with mendy...

The other issue is we keep constantly cutting back inside expecting to find something central when we are effectively playing 2 midfielders during attacking play.

Poor endevour and understanding of what is expected by the wide players.
