Haaland is doing my head in. Looks scared shitless to go up for a header and his runs are awful.

I agree. But I have felt like that most of the season about him.

Gets hassled off the ball far too easily and just looks like cba.

I'd love him to prove me wrong and rediscover his mojo.

Been decent on the ball and created quite a number of good chances but the finishing (Gundogan excepted) just hasn't been there.

It's been a bit too easy to play through/over us though and Fulham have had a few decent chances and Ederson has had to make a couple of good saves.

I'm not totally sure why we are pressing so many players forward though as the press isn't particularly effective. We're 1 up. Surely it would be better just to sit a little deeper at times and make us harder to play through and restrict the space behind our back 4.

Hopefully we can tighten up through midfield and defence a bit better 2nd half and take some more of our chances. If we can do that, we should win this.

We're riding our luck a bit here, and we need to get more control of this game before we do concede a goal ..... a second City goal might help steady the nerves a bit, especially mine!

I think they’re a similar level. Alvarez has had a great season at Atletico but he went missing far too often for us and his first touch is inconsistent.

Actually think Omar is better in offence and Alvarez better defensively. Perfectly adequate replacement.

Nico very tidy again, loving his shimmy in midfield to send them for a hot dog, think he'll be great for his next season once he's built his physical fitness up

Look comfortable overall, couple of suckered punch chances out of nothing for Fulham

Be nice to see Haaland look interested though, think he's the only one not 'on it'

Though we obviously dropped off toward the end, I thought we played pretty well overall that half.

We were a little wasteful at times, but we created a lot of chances, and Fulham were always going to get a few, which will have woken the lads up a bit for the second half.

Eddie showing he is a world class keeper, and not just with his feet, is an added bonus.

I may be alone in this, but I am confident we will get the result we need.

Looking at the other results, if Chelsea aren't winning with 10-15 mins to go then I think we're safe because Forest will lay siege and they'll try and hang on for the draw.

It's a game where Fulham look like scoring. We definitely need one more to allow us to feel safe.

Also we are virtually playing with 10 men because the big guy is casually strolling about up top.

They'll win now that Martinez is off. Plus Villa need to go all out for a goal to get in the CL places. They got a taste for it this season and won't want to miss out by not beating a team who are relegation fodder.
