To be fair he probably makes more passes than the vast majority of defenders in the PL - he's going to have some off days. The only thing I don't want to see from him is that rushing out and giving a penalty away nonsense.

Fatigue creates lapses in concentration. We put a hell of a lot into Wednesday night.

This was always going to be a dodgy game being the one after the big one.

It’s a game we just need to get through really. Mainly helped by taking our chances.
