Marriner and the linesman should have to explain why that was not a penalty, a blind man could call that it was cheating pure and simple.

The problem is that they DON'T have to explain. This is, by far, the most incompetent refereeing performance I've witnessed this season. Dreadful.

We’ve had some poor player performances this season. But Gundogan is the worst player on that pitch. And that first 45 has been the worst performance from any city player I’ve seen myself. Terrible.
