I see your point, flip side is i find it strange that you have posted on average of 24 times a day over a 17 year period.

Either way it's been a great ride so far brother.

24 times a day; average time to compose a post, maybe 30-45 second. So, roughly an hour a day posting on here on average. I guess some would find that excessive. I don't, really. Anyhow. Agree about it having been a great ride.

No he's not on top form, but service to him has been shocking for months.

I think at times he doesn't know when to make a run due to the absence of KdB and his delivery. No one crosses the fucking ball, we invariably turn back and play it square. At times he must get to the box and just think 'what's the fucking point, they're just going to pass the ball back inside'......

I’d love for pep to watch games of ours from 2-3 seasons ago and further back surely he can see it’s all slow and methodical now with the odd bit of quick direct attack..

Nobody else has scored more than 3 and you want to bench the guy who's scored 18?

I don’t want to bench him, I’d just like him to up his game.
Strikers can go through barren spells, be unlucky or whatever.
But he walking. Not on his own. The whole of midfield is static. They are hiding.
When Doku does make the byline, there’s no one to pick out.
To play a ball across the six yard area with two maybe three defenders and a keeper to bypass to find our striker is not only difficult but unnecessarily so.
And that’s the norm.
There is never a near post run from anyone.

We are not getting numbers forward in general.
Loads of possession but little penetration.

Makes it critical that when we do get an incisive pass through that we don’t waste the chance.

This is really in the balance. I hope we come out more fired up.
