Most of that is being pushed by the grumpy old USA media that doesn't like anything that isn't dominated by the USA. There are a good 200 people for every City game at the Mad Hatter pub in NYC, more than 400 for derby's and title winning game vs West Ham and many of the games are 7am or 9am kick offs.
