I don't get why we don't just put all the regular first team players in the starting lineup? Surely we want Nasri out there building connections with Fernando and Jovetic, Nastasic working with Kolarov, etc..
I guess the idea is to mix in youth players with first teamers, but I would prefer working on our first team, and then subbing in the youth throughout the second half.

I'd guess more of the first-teamers would be on order for the International Champions Cup starting this weekend.
