The point is that taking penalties requires a certain type of mindset and bottle.unfortunately he doesn't play for us anymore

I feel like the penalty problem within the team is a natural side effect of players playing within a VERY strict system...i think it mentally pressures players when it comes to having to be creative, weather that be in front of goal or penalties etc. I might be talking bollocks but when you look at how specific and detailed pep's plans systems are you can imagine being a bit edgy in that situation where you suddenly have to create.
