This may be true but West Ham had a longer pre season and more games so today is a good indicator where we are at and it's looking pretty average so far. Next week may be more difficult than a lot of people think.

Yeah Imo we lost some of that already when Sané left but since we still had Jesus and Sterling who were very agile and fast it was no problem. But relying on two „ slower“ players also counter attacks might be weaker on average. Alvarez also played as a striker and not as a winger in Argentina.We will. Losing both Jesus and Sterling is going to be tough. Grealish and Mahrez are to similar, neither can go on the outside.
